SpeiVive Privacy Policy

SpeiVive values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use photo enhancement, restoration, colorization, denoising, portrait recreation, animation, photo combination, and related features.

1. Information We Collect

We may process:

• Photos or videos you choose to upload;
• AI processing settings and generated results;
• Device model, operating system, and app version;
• Usage, performance, and crash diagnostic data;
• Subscription status and transaction results;
• Advertising impressions, clicks, and related device information.

We do not directly collect your payment card details. In-app purchases are processed by Apple.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide the photo-processing features you request;
• Display and manage processing history;
• Verify subscriptions and in-app purchases;
• Improve features, diagnose issues, and protect the service;
• Display advertisements and measure their performance.

We do not use uploaded photos to train general-purpose AI models without your explicit consent.

3. Photos and AI Processing

Some AI features may require selected photos to be securely transmitted to our servers or third-party AI providers.

Photos are used only to complete the processing you request. Original photos and generated results are retained only for the period necessary to provide the service, after which they are deleted or anonymized unless otherwise required by law.

AI-generated, recreated, or combined results may differ from real people or historical events. These results are provided for creative and reference purposes only.

4. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party cloud hosting, AI processing, advertising, analytics, and crash-reporting services.

These providers may process information only when necessary to deliver their services and are required to apply appropriate data-protection measures.

5. Permissions and Choices

SpeiVive may request access to your photos, camera, and tracking permissions.

You can review or change these permissions at any time through iOS Settings under Privacy & Security.

If advertising involves cross-app tracking, we will request your permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework. Refusing tracking will not prevent access to the app’s core features.

6. Access and Deletion

You can delete processing history within the app.

You may also submit privacy or data-deletion requests through the support or feedback options available within SpeiVive.

7. Children’s Privacy

SpeiVive is not intended for children under the minimum age required by applicable law.

Photos of minors should not be uploaded without authorization from a parent or legal guardian.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our features, services, or applicable laws.

Significant changes will be communicated through the app or another appropriate method. Continued use of SpeiVive after an update indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
